Virtual Internships
IFC Education and Botho University understand the importance of employability. As universities tackle the transition to digital education, Botho University has taken one step further by incorporating technology into their career development and providing employability opportunities for students and graduates.
The Vitae 360° Assessment helped Botho University develop international benchmarks, global networks, and focused strategies designed to expedite the digitization of career services and existing initiatives. This collaboration continued Botho University’s commitment to investing in employability and inspired the mainstream use of virtual internships, and placement opportunities, with international employers.
The IFC Vitae assessment was an integral first step in this process. It allowed Botho University to see how far they had come in developing an employment strategy for their graduates while revealing where they would continue to grow.
