- Dr. Paulette Naidoo is the Director for Student Counselling in the Student Affairs Department at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT). Dr Naidoo’s areas of professional interest include gender-based response and prevention strategies in the higher education context, negotiating the first-year transition to university, and personal and professional identity, amongst others. Dr Naidoo’s most recent achievement has been the establishment of a Gender Forum for staff at the MUT, in collaboration with Professor Nokuthula Sibiya, DVC: Research & Innovation.
- Verusha Maharaj is the Managing Director at Red & Yellow Creative School of Business and a member of Honoris United Universities. She participates in the UN Women’s Unstereotype Alliance and plays a key role in Honoris’ network-wide efforts towards Gender Equity. Her current role combines her passion for marketing & advertising with her desire to close the skills & diversity gap within the next generation of creative talent.
